Jangan berpikir bahwa search engine akan mengabaikan perintah “ikuti link ini” jika datangnya dari blog Anda sendiri. Search engine akan tetap melakukannya. Dan lebih sering Anda memberikan backlink pada postingan Anda yang lebih lama, maka search engine akan lebih sering pula mendatangi blog Anda untuk mengcrawl dan membaca isi tulisan Anda.
Dan satu lagi keuntungan yang Anda miliki dengan memberikan backlink pada postingan blog Anda sendiri: Anda bisa menggunakan Anchor Text yang tepat dengan keyword yang Anda butuhkan. Berbeda jika bloger lain yang melakukannya, sebagian besar akan menggunakan kata-kata yang kurang tepat seperti: KLIK DI SINI atau DI SINI.
Memang, kata KLIK DI SINI adalah sebuah mantra ampuh yang bisa membuat orang [di samping mesin crawl search engine] untuk mengikuti kehendak Anda mengklik link yang Anda berikan. Itu dari sisi kejiwaan manusia. Tetapi dengan menggunakan kata KLIK DI SINI, search engine akan berpikir bahwa link yang Anda berikan adalah sebuah tulisan tentang “klik di sini”, bukan tentang keyword yang akan Anda bidik.
Jadi, mulai sekarang, Anda bisa mulai “mengiklankan” tulisan Anda yang lebih lama, yang telah terpendam dan mungkin tidak bisa lagi ditemukan oleh pengunjung blog Anda dengan cepat, menggunakan Anchor Text yang tepat.
